eGift cards are stored in the My Wallet page you can access when logged into your account. If you do not see them, they may still be processing. Make sure you always use eGifter with the same email address or social network login, whether using the website or app. If you accidentally create a second account using another email address and password or login, you won’t see your cards in your wallet. If you would like the status of your gift card, please contact Customer Support.
