From the eGifter.com login screen, you'll be able to perform a Password Reset ONLY if your eGifter Account is associated with your email address:
If you login to eGifter with your Email Address
- Click Login >> Forgot Password.
- We’ll send an email to your registered account with a link to the password reset screen
IF NOT (i.e. your eGifter account is associated with your Facebook, Google or Amazon account)
- Try logging in with your credentials for that account.
If you created your eGifter account by logging in with one of these methods, you will not receive a password reset email. This is a logical result, because you would not be able to change the password for a *social account* using any other system but that social account.
