First, check to see whether your card is still being processed by viewing the contents of your eGifter wallet. (eGift cards can take up to 24 hours to process.) Make sure you are signed in with the correct email address or Facebook/Amazon login. Hint: The correct email address will match the email at which you received your gift notification.
