First, check to see whether your card is still being processed by viewing the contents of your eGifter wallet. (Depending upon your payment method and approval status, eGift cards can sometimes take up to 24 hours to process.)
Make sure you logged into your eGifter account with the same credentials you used to place your order. Sometimes customers have more than one eGifter account (with varying login methods -- email, Facebook or Amazon -- and that can get confusing.)
