If you purchased a gift card for yourself, you'll receive an email with a link to claim your gift card.
If you sent a gift card to a friend, they'll receive it by the delivery method you chose:
- Email delivery
- Text delivery
- Print & hand delivery (learn how to configure this delivery method)
If you have an eGifter.com Account
If your order was successfully processed, your eGift card is in your eGifter Wallet. From the My Account button (upper right), sign-up or log in.
- If you created your eGifter Account but inadvertently mis-typed your email address, you will never be able to perform the required verification step. You should create a NEW eGifter Account with your correct email address.
- If you have multiple eGifter accounts, be sure to login to the correct account when searching for your securely stored gift card(s) purchased through that particular account.
- If your eGifter account is tied to a social account, you will not receive a Password Reset email (more here)
Once logged in: My Account > My Wallet
Once inside your account, click the My Account button (upper right.) Then, navigate to "My Wallet". Use the menu to perform the action you require.

If you purchased a physical gift card by postal mail
Remember, shipments are sent via U.S.P.S. first class mail with an expected delivery range of 8 to 12 business days. Although shipment tracking is not available for U.S.P.S. orders, this is a highly reliable shipping method.
