If you used our Guest Checkout Service
If you purchased a gift card for yourself, you'll receive an email with a link to claim your gift card.
If you sent a gift card to a friend, they'll receive it by the delivery method you chose:
- Email delivery
- Text delivery
- Print & hand delivery (learn how to configure this delivery method)
If you have an eGifter.com Account
If your order was successfully processed, your eGift card is in your eGifter Wallet. From the My Account button (upper right), sign-up or log in.
A few words of wisdom:
- Be sure to avoid typos!
- If you have multiple eGifter accounts, be mindful of the one you used to place the order so you can login to the correct account and access your securely stored gift card(s)
- If you associated your eGifter account with one of your social accounts, remember that you will not receive a Password Reset email from eGifter when you click "Forgot Password" (more here)
Once logged in: My Account > My Wallet
Once inside your account, click the My Account button (upper right.) Then, navigate to "My Wallet". Use the menu to perform the action you require.

If you still can't locate your completed gift card
If the Order Status page indicated that your order completed, and you cannot locate your gift card after followed the steps above, Contact Us. Please be sure to give us your Order Number!
