Q: My order could not be approved by eGifter but there is still a pending amount in my banking records.
A: Orders that could not be approved never make it into our accounting system. That means you can rest assured that we could not possibly be holding your funds.
This pending transaction amount is likely to be an Authorization Hold -- not an actual charge.
Your bank or credit card issuer fully controls this process and implements an automated system that removes the hold from your account in a time frame that varies, by bank.
